Who we are
Pacxo began in 2005 as a small freight forwarding company dedicated to serving the needs of international customers, expatriates living oversees, and the families of American immigrants. Our experience in the shipping industry and our passion for success inspired us to develop a unique business model that would allow customers anywhere in the world to have access to American mega stores and the ability to have their purchases shipped to them efficiently and without hassle.
Simplicity is the key. We wanted the process to be as simple for people overseas as it was for Americans shopping from home. We're proud to say that the results have been outstanding.
Our headquarters is located in Whippany, New Jersey - very close to JFK International, LaGuardia, and Newark Liberty International airports (together, the largest airport system in the USA). This is where we handle the receiving and forwarding of all our air shipments. We also have another location in Bayonne, New Jersey, that handles all of our maritime shipments. In total, about 3,000 shipments per week move through our warehouses and we believe that we have the infrastructure in place to handle much more.
Our staff is comprised of people bound together by a passion to grow our company and to continue to be a leader in the freight forwarding industry. The New York metropolitan area is one of the most diverse places in the world and our employees reflect that diversity. Many of our employees speak several different languages and are able to relate to the circumstances of our customers. Our staff's commitment to understanding and sympathizing with the needs of our customers is a big reason that we now serve customers from all over the world, including Italy, France, Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Albania, Greece, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, and more...
